To Request a Custom Piece:A minimum deposit of 50% will be requested upon receipt of your order, to continue proceedings on your custom jewelry order. Depending on the complexity and specifications of your jewelry order the 50% deposit may be an approximation of your custom jewelry order based on current information. There will be a three business day wait period after receiving your deposit before your custom jewelry order is commenced. This three business day wait period upholds your right to cancel your custom jewelry order and receive a full refund on your 50% deposit. After the three business day period your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you paid more than 50% then you may receive a refund on the additional amount.
